When we chose the name of our company we were keen to be a part of the culture
we aspire to. We aimed to choose this name, which means “improvement or change for the
better” in Japanese, to reflect the philosophy that change comes through continuous
improvement, which depends on teamwork, commitment, discipline and quality, as well
as the spirit of the team and the pursuit of innovative development.
